You have a 100-day online return policy for your items. All returns must be registered and sent back via our Returns Portal – it is not possible to return or exchange items in our stores. Please note that a return fee of 29.95 DKK, will be deducted from your refund. Since we have gone paperless, we no longer include a return label in the parcel.
