RETURNS
You have a 100-day online return policy for your items. All returns must be registered and sent back via our Returns Portal – it is not possible to return or exchange items in our stores. Please note that a return fee of 29.95 DKK, will be deducted from your refund. Since we have gone paperless, we no longer include a return label in the parcel. You can easily create and print your return label by registering your return in the Returns Portal. You can find our full return policy under the "Help" section below.
With an ONLY gift card, the recipient can choose their own favourites from the latest styles, must-haves and classics on ONLY.com.
Whether denim, a new dress, the season’s jacket or a little bit of everything is on their wish list, a gift card gives them the freedom to choose exactly what they want.
The gift card will be sent as a PDF to the email address used when placing the order. Please note that it may take up to 1 working day for the gift card to arrive in your inbox.
The gift card is valid for 3 years from the date of purchase and can be used online at ONLY.com. The gift card cannot be used in ONLY stores.
