You have 100 days to return your items. Please note that you will be charged a return fee of 29.95 DKK, which will be deducted from your refund. We are no longer providing you with a return label in your parcel since we have gone completely paperless. All returns are completed online and you can easily create a return label yourself by registering your return on the Return Portal.
