RETURNS

You have a 100-day online return policy for your items. All returns must be registered and sent back via our Returns Portal – it is not possible to return or exchange items in our stores. Please note that a return fee of 2.95€, will be deducted from your refund. Since we have gone paperless, we no longer include a return label in the parcel. You can easily create and print your return label by registering your return in the Returns Portal. You can find our full return policy under the "Help" section below.
